Each year, UNC Chapel Hill showcases its most promising emerging and early-stage startups. This year, the Innovation Showcase will include a wide range of companies and involve more potential investors. This event attracts over 300 people from across the region and is a great networking opportunity for startups. The 2015 Showcase is scheduled for Thursday, April 9th , 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Kenan Stadium Blue Zone.

Companies will be selected on the basis of a viable business model, sustainable competitive advantage, and the extent to which they are addressing a significant market need. Selected companies will be coached to help hone their pitch. The showcase will give each company the opportunity to present to an audience, followed by a networking session.
