Peter Bourne

Peter Bourne is a Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network North Carolina entrepreneur-in-residence. He has leadership achievements spanning all company operations, including P&L, sales and marketing, and research and development. He has spent 15 years in CEO, COO, EVP and GM roles at both public and private companies, from early stage through revenue to profitability and exits generating more than $2 billion in aggregate. Bourne’s key strengths include establishing successful company strategies, building and re-sizing organizations and motivating teams. He possesses mergers-and-acquisitions experience as both a target and acquirer from initial contact through final integration, including complex and international transactions.

Bourne currently serves on several boards and is involved in both advisory and operational roles with many local companies. He is most productive solving problems related to scaling products into markets, translating vision into actionable strategy, and structuring and motivating teams to exceed their goals.
