As a dentist with a sweet tooth herself, Dr. Jenny couldn’t believe how few healthy candy options there were and how disappointing most sugar-free candy tasted. She and her husband Tom decided to cook countless batches of candy in their home kitchen to create the perfect combination of healthy ingredients and amazing flavors. She trained at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Dental School and at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. She also founded Nourish International, a global non-profit with development projects in nearly 30 countries.
