Innovate Carolina program awards 16 student startup teams with $10,000 of seed funding, mentorship opportunities
An idea is only just the beginning. For a startup to grow legs and stand on its own, it needs funding – funding to launch, to test the market, to develop prototypes, to put out products.
The 1789 Student Venture Fund managed by Innovate Carolina provides student startups and social ventures at UNC-Chapel Hill with critical seed funding at their earliest stages, giving teams what they need for their ideas to take off.
