The AlphaLab Gear Hardware Cup is an international pitch competition for early-stage hardware startups. The Cup tours 6 cities around the US to find and highlight the most promising physical product startups in the nation, while partners in several other nations run their own competitions. Winners in each US region receive $3k cash, a 1 year license to SOLIDWORKS, and other prizes, as well as a chance to win a $50,000 grand prize at the International Finals in May.
