Why is it a good idea for you to incorporate? What legal entity should you select? What are all of the choices and the pros and cons of each? What are some of the common liability issues that social ventures face that you should be aware of? You will need to carefully consider your options to identify a legal structure that most suits your mission.

Led by a legal expert with experience counseling both non-profits and for-profit social enterprises (who has unique expertise in legal matters for social ventures in NC), the workshop will additionally include a Q&A session to serve as open office hours to any social entrepreneurs that have legal questions for their ventures.
