The 4th Annual UBP Tech Trek to San Francisco! The trek will span 4 days over Spring Break (March 9-13, 2020) and participants will have the opportunity to visit, learn, and network with major players in the tech-industry as well as start-ups that are making big waves.
You’ll meet alumni who have successfully made the move from Chapel Hill to the west coast and work in various functions including finance, marketing, product development, etc. This experience will provide first-hand insight into the inner-workings of some of the world’s largest companies as well as connections with potential future internship and full-time employers. Most importantly, it will help you develop your own understanding of how you fit into this fast-paced, ever-changing industry.

NOTE: Participating students will be required to pay for their own flights, accommodations in San Francisco, meals outside of the program, and miscellaneous expenses. Approximate out-of-pocket expense = $1000/student.
