Makeathon

UNC’s week-long Makeathon is a creative, cross-campus competition which accelerates innovative ideas into physical and digital prototypes that promote positive social impact. Students will form academically diverse teams of 3-5 members who will compete in one of two tracks: digital or physical product development.

Application Deadline: Burch Seminar on Entrepreneurship in New York

February 10

Spend a semester interning in an innovative enterprise while pursuing course work associated with the Minor in Entrepreneurship. The seminar takes full advantage of the area’s innovation and entrepreneurship communities, incorporating visits with industry leaders into the curriculum and involving local entrepreneurs in teaching, speaking, and mentoring.
