Covington Brown is interested in identifying effective approaches to making healthy food attractive and affordable for all. She is convinced that the Certificate for Innovation in the Public Good will help her take maximum advantage of the opportunities available at Carolina, positioning her to launch a social venture of her own that will meaningfully – and sustainably – increase access to nutritious foods for those who lack the resources to eat well.
