CUBE Workshop: “Getting to Problem Intelligence: The Problem Tree Analysis for the Social Entrepreneur (It’s A Must!)”

March 31, 2015 @ 6:30 pm

Are you interested in social entrepreneurship? Innovating for the public good?

Launching a social venture or startup? Looking to scale one?

You will not want to miss out on this workshop!

Before you can jumpstart your idea or launch your social venture, you need to very clearly identify, define, and understand in-depth the problem you hope to tackle. It’s amazing how often this step is overlooked (among the overwhelming majority of social ventures). A great technique for doing this properly is going through the Problem Tree Analysis and to input evidence and data into the Problem Tree.

Not only will it help you thoroughly understand the root causes and the effects of the problem you are addressing but it will importantly also help you grasp the links between the different factors (the chain of cause and effect) so you can become the ultimate problem expert, able to articulate the full scope of the problem and develop the best achievable social impact indicators for your venture.

Free breakfast and lunch provided!
