Bull City Venture Partners is bringing back Calling All Entrepreneurs, a pitch day it held for many years. This one will have a more focused approach on some of the deal flow themes the VC group is seeing — infrastructure software, data and analytics, Internet of Things, and security. Given the overlap with some of BCVP’s interests, it has invited Cisco to participate in the event. Executives from Cisco’s corporate development, sales and engineering teams will be available throughout the day. The format of Calling All Entrepreneurs is simple: Each company gets 10 minutes to present, followed by five minutes of Q&A and feedback.
