Startup UNC, a hands-on entrepreneurship course taught through Kenan-Flagler Business School, is now open for participants (undergrads, grads, business and non-business majors, faculty, alumni). The class starts Tuesday October 23, 5pm.

The deadline for signing up as a new venture or free agent/team member is midnight Friday, Oct. 19.

You can participate in several ways:

New Ventures

1. If you participated in Mod I and are confident about continuing to Mod II (Feasibility II), then sign up HERE.
2. If you have a new venture idea and have done some early feasibility (e.g. customer interactions, market research, product specifications) then you can sign up as well HERE. If you’re not sure, contact Dave Neal: dan788186@gmail.com

Free Agent/Team Member

1. If you are interested in being on a team, sign up HERE.
2. If you were on a team for Mod I and want to continue with the same team (or new team) sign up HERE as well.

The first class will feature five-minute pitches by ALL new ventures (including those with a formed team) followed by a speed dating session for any team with fewer than three members. Any team that fails to make a full team will not proceed but team members are free to either join another team or drop the course.
