The Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation with partners Clark’s Promise and the Raleigh Wake Partnership to End & Prevent Homelessness are collaborating to support innovative, partnership-based solutions seeking to redesign how we provide meals and nutrition to our community’s most vulnerable.
