At ESTEEM helps scientists and engineers leverage their technical backgrounds to take ideas from conception to market by equipping them with tools from business and innovation. This approach has been very successful, with a placement rate of 76% at graduation, and 93% within 90 days of graduation, in roles where our alums are truly creating an impact and Fixing Things That Matter.

Ashwin Bhadury, who is in the current ESTEEM class, graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2017 as a biomedical engineer. Ashwin is doing well in the program! For his capstone, he was partnered with an industry sponsor on a project that focuses on size reduction of cannabis and hemp products. You can learn more about Ashwin here. The ESTEEM Graduate Program will be on campus for an information session in UNC Chapel Hill on Tuesday, February 18th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The info session will take place in Hanes Hall Room 242 and food will be provided!
