You are invited to the Good Neighbor Initiative Community Cookout this Thursday from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Hargraves Community Center. There will be free food from Buns and Ben & Jerry’s, a DJ, a bounce house, a photo booth, t-shirts, and some great giveaways. Thursday’s forecast is 75 and sunny—it might actually feel like fall when the sun goes down.

This event is one of many efforts to help strengthen the relationships between Carolina students and the community in which they live. The Good Neighbor Initiative is a partnership between the Off-Campus Student Life office, the Town of Chapel Hill and Town of Carrboro, and many community organizations and you can find out more information at go.unc.edu/goodneighbor.
