About this Event

NAVIGATING THE GREAT PAUSE SERIES

This is our first panel discussion in our “Navigating the Great Pause” series that the Entrepreneurship Center and NC Growth are co-hosting every Thursday throughout April at noon to help our stakeholders and community make it through the COVID-19 situation and come out stronger on the other side.

In the “Leading Your Organization and Maintaining Strong Culture in the midst of FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt)” session, we will talk about how to keep your team positive and motivated in these challenging times.

We will share leading indicators to assess if people on a team are struggling as well as tips for keeping yourself positive and for creating a sense of team and togetherness virtually.

If you have anything you are particularly struggling with in this topic area, please email us at eship@kenan-flagler.unc.edu with questions you would addressed by the panel and the title of the session you will be attending.

NOTE: A Zoom link will be sent out 24 hours in advance of this session.
