This entrepreneurial weekend bootcamp for social innovators is designed for UNC social entrepreneurs (current and aspiring) starting or growing their social ventures. During the bootcamp, participants will go through intense around the clock hands-on work to develop their venture, no matter what stage they’re in, and put their models for social change through the microscope, receiving expert feedback from coaches at the bootcamp. It promises to be a challenging and exciting weekend and an opportunity to meet other social entrepreneurs, share ideas and build connections. At the end of the bootcamp, participants will pitch their ventures to a judging panel. The top two winners of the bootcamp will be selected as the two teams that will go on to represent UNC in a state-wide social entrepreneurship competition, during which last year Nobel Peace Prize Winner Mohammad Yunus was one of the judges.
