Master's Student, Gillings School of Global Public Health

Asia is studying public health in the Department of Health Behavior at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. She is interested in addressing structural determinants of health to improve the health of underserved communities. Outside of school, Asia enjoys bringing together friends and family, trying new coffee shops, and traveling. Through the CIPG, Asia is interested in developing design and systems thinking skills to support her public health consulting aspirations to disrupt systems of oppression for achieving health equity.
