Jiahui Dong

Jiahui graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He is currently a third-year PharmD student at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Most recently, Jiahui worked as an intern for the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), where he gained skills on developing and publishing international guidelines on non-communicable diseases. He also works as a health policy and legislative affairs intern at NCODA where he tracks and translates legislation on pharmacy benefit managers. During the academic year, Jiahui is involved in student organizations that focus on non-traditional roles within pharmacy, including the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO), Global Engagement Organization (GEO), and Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA), which helped him gain insight in writing grant proposals, and IND submissions, as well as skills in project management and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
