Natalie Harris, PhD
Commercialization Manager, UNC Office of Technology Commercialization
Natalie Harris is a Commercialization Fellow who joined the office in 2023. She is learning key technology commercialization skills including new technology assessment, marketing, licensing and engagement with university researchers. She recently earned her PhD in Cell Biology & Physiology here at UNC Chapel Hill where she studied the role of junctional proteins in the lymphatic vessels of the heart and completed a graduate certificate in business fundamentals. Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
