Wulin Jiang

Wulin Jiang is a fifth-year graduate student in pharmaceutical sciences. His current research is focusing on developing neural stem cell therapy to treat brain cancers. Other than scientific research, he very passionate about bringing disruptive health care innovations to patients in the most efficient and effective way. During Wulin’s graduate studies at UNC, he did two summer internships with two biotech companies (Locus Biosciences and BeiGene), functioning as business development and strategy analyst with the primary responsibility to help develop and optimize company’s pipeline strategy so that to prioritize the most promising therapies that can potentially address the most challenging unmet need for patients. In the meantime, he is also actively working with local biotech startups to help them solve problems such as product commercialization or new market entry as a student consultant. In addition, Wulin is also an Adams Apprentice with transformational entrepreneurship mindset and skillset.
